Scheduled sending mail in 2003

hi,

I am using outlook 2003 and i just wanted to is there any option available
in outlook 2003 where a particular drafted mail can be sent to a single
person evry day at a fixed time....evenif i am at home and not opened my
outlook.

For the first part of your question;

The second part is not possible without Outlook running somewhere as
otherwise there is no way to process this.
