How do I set up an email to be sent out at scheduled intervals (to same
recipient with same message). Also, can a stop date and time be scheduled?

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems like the Email Scheduler works well for
email newsletters. My request was probably not clear. I want to send
individual messages. For example, message to John, "Have a nice day" is sent
daily. Message to Mary, "Please update me on the Stone project" is sent
monthly. Message to Tom, "Please send sales figues" is sent weekly.

Can Email scheduler do this?. It appears that one would need to create
separate notepad files for each message.
