Scheduled Delivery.

Does anyone know why an Outlook (2K3) Scheduled message would fail to go
out?

For example, a message configured to 'Not Send Before 9:00 am the next
morning' just sits in the outbox. The server is fine as email travels in and
out just ducky. It just seems to be scheduled mail.

Are you using cached mode w/Exchange?
 
Nope. We use Outlook 2K3 and Exhange 2K. I've been looking into many on line
NGs and KB articles, but nothing is jumping out at me.
