Schedule date and time to send email.

In Outlook 2003, can i schedule a newly composed email to send out on a
specific date and time ?
 
Yes, press the Options... button when composing. When the message actually
gets send depend on your account configuration which you did not post but
either way it will send after that time you've set.

can i schedule and configure such that the particular email will auto send
out the email on every week friday 9am?
