Schedule backups won't work

My scheduled backups won't work in my XP pc. I'm trying to
backup files from one FAT32 drive to another. They are
scheduled to run under any user but they won't work. Any
ideas?

Make sure that the job is scheduled by a user logged in
with a password. A blank password or no password on an
account seems to prevent scheduled backups from running.

I tried setting a password but it still won't run. Any
other suggestions?
