Good Day,

Can you schedule an email to be sent out at a later time when you're not in
the office. I have a user that sends out emails to his clients and would like
to schedule them and send them out when he's not in the office.

Thanks in advance

Ray

With Exchange Server you can. Within the email, go to Options and select
check box for "Do not Deliver Before" then specify date and time. If the
recipient looks closely, they can tell it was sent in a delayed fashion, if
that matters.

Yes you can schedule them to send at a particular time. Open an e-mail
message and click on the Options button on the toolbar. This is not the
same as the Options that is shown under Tools-> Options. After you click on
Options on the toolbar go to the Delivery Options section of the window
that opens and select "Do not deliver before" and set the delivery time. If
the user is not using an Exchange mailbox then they will need to be
connected to their ISP at the time the message is supposed to send.

I hope this information is helpful.
