schedualed tasks

why when i boot up my pc it comes up with the message that says my task schedualar is not running and some of my schedualed tasks did not execute? How do i fix this so everything works like new again? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem

do you have passwords on your accounts. then you need to
enable passwords authorization for tasks to work.
