sched a task

Hi.

I want to sched a task which is to open MS Access and run a marco. When
the marco is finished, how can I shutdown MC Access? The marco runs for less
then a min.

Use this sequence:
1. Launch MS Access
2. Insert a delay of 2 minutes.
3. Use TaskKill to kill MS Access
