Scatter plots - Adding X values

Does anyone know if there is a way to add additional X values with Y values
in PowerPoint's scatterplot graph? I've tried all the options and can't
figure it out.
 
What exactly are you trying to add? It may just be that you need to adjust
the scale of the X or Y axis.
