Scatter chart, conditional format data points

Is there any way to format several nonadjacent points on a scatter char
in the same way with few steps? At the moment I am clicking on each on
and changing the color manually.

Can I put a some sort of signal in the source data spreadsheet?

If you change one point, then select the next and press the F4 key, it
repeats the format on the next point.
