SCANPST truncates PST file during repair (drops messages); any ot.

After recovering a 236 mb PST file from a crashed disk, SCANPST repairs the
file to make it readable, but loses the last year of messages (stops at
around the same calendar point on both primary and backup files). Is there
any other recovery tool option to recover PST Inbox files?

There may be a commercial tool. Google should be able to help you locate
one.
 
Yes, I've found dozens of recovery specialists, but was hoping someone may
have had experience with one or more with a problem similar to mine to point
the better ones.
