SCANPST.EXE

I appear to have a problem with my personal folder closing
properly. I am unable to run SCANPST.EXE. The error
message says I am missing scnpst32.dll. I'm not sure how
to reinstall

Error message: "This application has failed to start
because scnpst32.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem."
