Scanning PDF files

I just scanned 2 files to my computer in PDF format, but I want to combine
the files. It will not allow me to drag it on top and save in one file

Nope, it sure won't.

Need Adobe Acrobat to do combine files. Adobe Reader does not have
the capability.
