Hp 3500c scanner, Windows XP. Scanner was accidently
unplugged from power source, all use of scanner was lost.
New hardware found message appeared. Inserted OE Cd,
recieved no software found messages for this scanner.
Even went so far as to RESTORE PC to OE condition with OE
Windows ME restore CD, then re-installed XP home. When I
then re-installed scanner software everything went
smooth until USB and power were reconnected, then same
messages. Windows seems to have lost all recognition of
any scanner drivers. HELP PLEASE
