Scanner & Camera wizard does not run.

I have a Sony DSCP-7 camera and have sucessfully
downloaded many pictures to my PC using the wizard. For
some reason the wizard will no longer run. How can this be
fixed.
The PC detects the camera when the USB connection is made,
the dialog box pops up, I select "Copy picures to a folder
using the MS scanner and camera wizard", when I click OK
the windows closes but the wizard does not start as it
once did. There is no error, just nothing happens.
I can browse the drive in explorer and manually
copy/delete picture files from the camera. I have not
installed any new apps or updates (ie XP SP2).
 
I have a Sony CyberShot DSC-V1 and I too am experiencing this problem.
However, the problem never occurred until I installed SP2.

If I go to My Computer right-click on my camera and click Autorun it works
fine.

Anybody have any suggestions?
