Scanner and Camera Wizard

Scanner and Camera Wizard have disappeared from both my XP PCs at home and at
my office. I can find no information about it, except for the very prevalent
documentation about how to use it. Has it been taken away with updates? Has
some other application buried it? It can't be found using Windows Explorer
Search function. ???

Try putting this in a shortcut:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiaacmgr.exe -SelectDevice
 
Thanks "Mike", that got me to the window, but it appears that my HP Scanner
has comandeered the option, since I can't select a camera option. Any
solution short of disconnecting the scanner? It doesn't seem that should
matter, since it used to activate the window that gave me an option.
