Scan Wizard 5 HELP!!!!

I can't scan pictures. They scan, but they just come up
white. I have no idea why it's doing this and I have
heaps of people to send Lord of the Rings: Return of the
King World Premiere photo's I took in Wellington!

HELP ME!!!

Sounds like your scanner has a mechanical problem.
Have you checked the troubleshooting section of your
scanner mfgs. website?
