Scan disk running on every reboot

I have reviewed all of the knowledge base articles on this
subject and can not come up with a answer.

Every time my computer reboots it does a scan disk of the
c and sometimes all 5 drives. It is rather fast but
totally unnecessary after having reboot problems today
anyway, but that is another story. Processor over heating.

When scan disk is setup it should run one time and clear.

Any ideas???
