I am using 2007 beta, I have junk mail filter set to high, do not display
links etc etc, I have all updates but I still get Nigerian scam and cialis
mail into my main inbox, I also get a lot of mail with no address in the To
box, how can I stop these unwanted mails?

There is no real answer.

<RANT>The entire advertising industry is the most intrusive bane on our
lives. No matter what measures that you take, they will attempt to get
around your new measure. TiVo seems to work, but the industry is paying the
film producers to have their products used in the production. Our land fills
are stuffed with advertisements that arrive with newspapers and the postal
service. We are bombarded by computerized political messages on the
telephone from the politicians that conveniently exempted themselves from
the Do Not Call lists.</RANT>

The only solution, which is unacceptable to both of us, pull the plug on
your Internet access.

I find that using SpamBayes (for the last 2 years) is an acceptable
trade-off between pulling the CAT 5 and being online with all of its
problems. It works with Outlook 2007 and catches 99.9% of all spam after
training.
