Is it possible to save windows updates (NOT SERVICE PACKS)
to a cd and then install them on another computer saving
downloading them again.

Yes. You can download any critical hotfix from Windows Update w/out
installing it for burning to a CD. (Hint: Select the personalize windows
update link on the left. Check the box to show the windows update catalog.
Save the settings. Select the catalog link on the left. From here you can
search and download any patch w/out installing it.)

Jonny,

Look int othe free SUS Server software from Microsoft.
You install this onto a single computer and it downloads all updates on a
scheduled basis from Microsoft Windows Updates.
It keeps them in a queue until you as the admin approve them, and it then
propagates down to all of your Win2k/XP clients
automatically (again on another schuled basis) - no user input or
runningaround to multiple computers.
