Saving webpages

I would like to save TV Listings web pages. How can I set Save as type box to
webpage so when I save a webpage it is the default.

Dunno.

That said, is it SO much trouble to choose to save it as HTML or HTML
ONLY?

I've been doing it that way for YEARS, and have never thought that it
was an imposition.

In Internet Explorer, HTML is the default.
