I have the Student and Teacher Edition 2003 of MS office. When I try to save files to my CD-RW drive, I get this error message

Access is denied
You do not have access to the folder 'D:\'. See your administrator for access to this folder

This is the only computer it has been downloaded, and there is no 'administrator' to my knowledge

Thanks for your help!

Don't try to save Word documents directly to a CD. Word can't work with a
folder for which you do not have DELETE privileges. Save to your hard disk,
close Word, then copy the file.

Also, do not attempt to save to a floppy drive. Word does not work well with
removable media.

If all this is true, how should one back up Word files in case of hard drive failure etc.?
