saving recipient and subject lines when sending an excel sheet

Hello,

I am using a workbook from which I send several sheets per mail as
sheet, I everytime have to input all recipients and the subject line
again.
Is there a way to save the recipients and or subject line for every
sheet?

Please let me know...
