Saving pictures in IE6

For some reason, IE will only save pictures in BMP
format. No matter what format the pictures are in it will
only allow me to save in BMP, and it always
lists "untitled" as the name. I can write in the name but
can't change the type. However, when I go to the same
sites in Netscape it does have the name of the picture
and defaults to jpg. What's wrong with the IE settings?
 
Hi Paul,

Clearing out C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files folder usually does the
trick.
