Using Word 2000. Each time I save a new Word Document it automatically puts
in the name of an old document I created last week instead of the first line
of the new document.

Any chance you've messed up normal.dot? Check in your new document under
File > Properties. Is there anything in the Title field? This will override
the first line of the document in setting a default name. If there is
something there, it has likely been stored that way in normal.dot. You would
need to _open_ the normal.dot template and delete this property.
