Saving messages

I am subscribed to a newsletter. Is there a rule that I can setup in my
outlook that this newsletter is stored on my computer harddisk as a .msg.

For example: When I get this newsletter, I click and drag it to the folder
on the harddisk and it saves the message with subject name.msg on my
harddisk. I am looking for something similar that is automated.
