Saving Labels

I can not figure out a way to save labels in Word. That pesky help worm only lets me print the label. Same with envelopes. How can I save labels and envelopes. My old computer had microsoft works and it was very easy to save labels and envelopes.
 
Once you select the type of labels you want (Avery 5160 for example), click
the "New Document" button and Word will make a document made with a table
that holds your addresses. Simply type in your addresses in the respective
table cells and save this new document.
