Why is that everytime I try to save a .gif, .jpg or any
other image from the internet the "Save as type" that
appears only gives me two choices "Art .art"
and "Bitmap .bmp". This disables me in inserting
pictures "from file" because it doesn't seem to recognize
the images at all. Someone please help me. Thank you!

If your using AOL, turn off image compression in the software. Next, open
Control Panel/Internet Options. On the General tab, click the Delete Files
button and then tick the All offline files option and click OK.

Hi Marcia,

This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full. Clear the
temporary internet files.

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.
