Saving images etc.

When I hover my cursor in the top left hand corner of an image I don't
always get the little Save/Print/Email/OpenFolder window. Is there a way of
restoring this function?
I would Google for an answer but I don't know how to express it.

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
4. In the Settings list, click to select the Enable Image Toolbar
(requires restart) check box under Multimedia, and then click OK.

Thanks. I've got that setting in Tools etc. It must be an occasional fault
at the other end so I have to use RightClick etc.
