Saving forms and reports

Problem:-

Editing structure of forms in "form" or "report" design causes an error that
results in the database corrupting and closing and repair.

Error report sending to MS does not result in any known issues feedback.

Anyone have any clues how to resolve this?

There is probably some underlying corruption that you need to correct. Start
by compacting and repairing the database using the built in utility. If that
fails, then you should try using Jetcomp which can be downloaded from
Microsoft.
