You can move your entire Outlook data file by closing Outlook, moving the
PST to the folder where you'd like it to reside, opening Outlook, and when
it complains it can't find the folders, browsing to the PST in the new
location, selecting it, and clicking OK.

Not an Outlook issue. Ask in an INternet Explorer newsgroup. I suspect the
answer is "you can't do that" without moving your entire user profile, since
those folders are subfolders of

Hello Brian

I think I mistyped my query. I would like the Outlook 2003 sp2 to remain
where it is in C: drive.

In the event of Windows crashing I'd like copies of selected folders in
Outlook to be saved in a different location other than C: This would enable
me to import the contents of those folders from new location to an Outlook
in a newly formatted windows operating sytem.
