saving folders in oulook 2003

Hello

I would like the Outlook 2003 sp2 to remain where it is in C: drive.

But in the event of Windows crashing I'd like copies of the selected folders
in Outlook to be saved in a different location other than C: This would
enable me to import the contents of those folders back into new Outlook
in a formatted windows operating sytem. A step by step guide to how to go
about this would be helpful.
