I have gotten myself into a mess with my "favorites" and
need some advice on possible solutions. I use A LOT of
bookmarking favorites as I surf the web a lot. I save
them to floppy disks. I categorize them into 4 or 5
topic names. I took these and burned them to a CD (and
even though the favorite markings only take 1kb a piece
and totaled 530kb's ,they filled up an entire 700MB CD
(how, I don't know) I set these aside for backups, but
continued using the title headings and adding more
locations to hard drive ... now, the problem, if I try to
save the NEW favorites, it is going to write over the
ones I already have ... ie, save "Favorites"
to "Favorites", which means I would lose the original
ones.
Is there ANY way to merge the 2 together, or am i going
to have to visit every site on the stored locations and
then save them to the current ones ???
Gee, it is really true what they say ... "To err is
human, but to really mess up, you need a computer".
And, NO, I am not BLONDE!!!!! Ha Ha Ha.
