saving everything in outlook

I am going to start using another computer and I want to
save my outlook everything (all emails sent, deleted,
saved, etc; calendar; contacts, EVERYTHING!) from this
computer and just transfer it to the other. Can I do this
an easy way and how?

I appreciate your help in this!

After making certain that you can view hidden files, search for files with a
..pst file extension. That/those file(s) contain all of your mail, contacts,
etc.
