Saving Email/Jokes Location Changed

I used to be able to save any email jokes I received to a special "Jokes"
folder I had on my desktop. All of a sudden the location CHANGED from being
saved to the JOKES folder to MY DOCUMENTS folder....HOW can I set it so it
will ALWAYS save to the JOKES folder like it used to?

I think Outlook Express got new bug after some of latest security fixes. The
bug is that OE won't remember saveas directories anymore. We just have to
wait until Microsoft fixes that bug.
