If they are in Contacts- File/import-export/export to a file/pst file, then
pick the contacts folder. After you reload, do a file/open/outlook data file
to open it again
If they are in a Personal Address Book, search your drive for *.pab, it
might be mailbox.pab or something else, that file contains your addresses,
copy it somewhere.
