I must use a burning progam to save to a Cdrw Drive from a program that
allows me to select where I want to sane the Data. If I use the program
selection of where to save I get a message indicating I don't have
authorization and to see the administrator (I am he), Iam running XP Home
edition. Ive tried everything nothing works. Windows 98 wrote directly to the
zip but XP WON'T. Any sujestions will be greatly appreicated.
Thanks

This isn't a fix, but it's a work around. Just save the data to your
harddrive first, then copy it to a CD. Most CD burning programs don't
allow real-time writing to a CDR.

What burning program are you using? To be able to use a CD-RW as a big
floppy packet writing software needs to be installed.
