saving contact and calendar info

I have to reformat my drive, is there a way to export all my calendar info,
contact info etc, to a file that when I reinstall later i can just import
the info?

Just save your PST on a CD or something. After reformatting and
reinstalling everything, copy it back to hard drive, remove the read-only
attribute, and use Outlook's File>Open>Outlook Data File to open it. See
