Saving attachments

I receive reports/articles in my Inbox daily. Is there a way to create a
rule to automatically copy the reports as they come in to the hard drive so
others can access them (not just another folder in archives or Outlook)?

I don't want to copy them to an archive .pst file since I need to save many
years worth and eventually plan on moving them to SharePoint.
