In Outlook Express the Save To box defaults to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Your SID #}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0
Value Name: Save Attachment Path
Value Type: REG_SZ
Value Data: Whatever path is here
If you're opening the attachment first and then selecting Save or Save As
from the File Menu, the Places bar is what I think you're referring to.
