Saving animated images as type - gif

When I right click on an animated image to save as...I
only have one choice as file type & that is bitmap
(bmp)..I therefore can't save it as a gif file to resend
as an animated image....how do I fix this...
 
Empty your cache, right-click your browser icon, properties, delete files or within
IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
