saving a web link

how do i save a web link and still be able to use the info on the link
wolking off line. is it possible to do that?

You can't because your "link" will no longer "link" offline. You can copy
the website but none of the hyperlinks in it will work. Recommend you
put the website in your "favorites". To copy the website, you can use
the PrintScreen feature and paste it in your graphics editor.
