saving a file in 'My Pictures' to a CD

How do I save a file located in 'My Pictures' to a rewritable CD when the
option to "copy to CD" is not under Picture Tasks?
 
Right click on your CD drive. Click on Properties and click on the Recording
tab. Click on Enable ....
