I am using the Windows Vista calendar as an appointment book; how do I save
all the changes made to the Calendar and save it to the back up CD.

Try using the export features and choose a suitable format such as .ics then
you can burn it to a CD.

SAVE IN ON MY COMPUTER BUT CANNOT FIND "SAVE" TAB!! CAN YOU HELP??

There is no need to "save" a calendar. When you create one, and add
appointments to it, it is automatically saved.

If you wish to "export" the calendar information, click on whichever
calendar you wish, then click File - Export
and select the destination folder.
