SaveNow! or SaveIt! pop-ups

I've had to reinstall XP Home and now I'm getting
SaveNow! or SaveIt! pop-ups

I was able to get rid of them before, but I can't
remember. Was it some feature in XP? How do I do it

go to this site,get ad aware FREE,download it,open it
up,check for updates,run it thru,check all boxes of
spyware,and delete them.BAM it's gone!Run this once a
week to keep all spyware off you computer.

Getting rid of spyware is becoming an increasingly complex procedure.
