Saved in error, can I retreive previous pages

I only needed to print out one paragraph of a 4 page document so deleted the
rest. Unfortunately I clicked on 'Save' instead of 'Print'. Can I retrieve
the original 4 pages? Help!!!!! Please.
 
If you haven't closed the file, use Undo. If you have closed the file, you'd
better hope you have "Always create backup copy" enabled (Tools | Options |
Save).
