Hi

I wrote a document using a non-standard (hand-written style font). I then saved the document as a web page.
Viewing it in IE looks fine to me. However, viewing the page from another PC which doe
not have the font installed, doesn't show the correct font style
The question - is there any way in which I can publish this document, so that other user
who don't have the font installed, can view it (without saving as an image) ? If not, can
anyone suggest a hand-written font style that most users would have installed by default

Thanks in advance

G'day fas702 <[email protected]>,

This is not a Word question - it is a general HTML inquiry. You have
only a few default browser fonts, no you cant embed your own.
www.w3c.org has the definitions you need. To use a non-std font you
have to snapshot it to a GIF or similar and byte size goes sailing up
along with browse times.
