If you mean a shortcut to the webpage.

Right-click in the page and then click Create Shortcut.
Click OK to: A shortcut to the current page will be placed on your desktop.

If you mean the whole deal. Click File | Click Save As | Click Save

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you want to save a shortcut to the
page to the desktop, go to the address bar, and drag the icon that begins
the URL to the desktop.
