save values of soundapplet

For particular screencaptures, I use two soundcards with particular values
that I set in the sndvol32.exe applet.

How can I save these values as a profile and activate them deliberately? If
by registry exports: which ones exactly? If by third a party tools: which
one?

Try this :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Volume
Control
