Save to CD

I downloaded Nero 7 and the website for it suggests saving the program to CD
for back up. For the life of me I can't remember how to do this. I know it
must be simple. Please inform me.

If I right-click on a file, there is an option to save to CD..........try
that.

Did you download the Nero documentation? Or tried running Nero and using
whatever option it has for creating a data/backup CD?
 
This is a strange question if you think about it. Nero is a CD\DVD burning
program. Burning the Nero 7 file to CD is the same as burning any data to
CD. How did you intend to use Nero 7?
